Yoga For Stress Management

Managing stress with yoga is about so much more than attending an overcrowded groupsession. With my 4 or 8 week stress management program you will join a live, small group session (3 people maximum in the in-studio class) via Facetime or Skype that is held in my private studio.
Week 1 begins the week of February 11. Time options: Fridays at 5:30pm or Saturdays at 9:00am. Limited spots available for the first series!
