4 Week Strength Program

The 4 week strength block is a 3 day program where you will be able to work on the three big lifts and  accessory work to help obtain bigger numbers on your 3 main lifts, the Bench, Deadlift and Squat. 
This program includes:
  • Video Consultation and Video Form Check/Coaching
  • 4 week Customized workout plan
  • Weekly check ins (specify a day and time that works best for you)
