Hello! My name is Bryan Collins. I was once really overweight with no belief to a solution of losing any weight. I had bad traumatic event that caused this. I was discouraged, a binge eater and made every excuse as to why I would never get the body I wanted. I understand and empathize with your pain and frustration. All that is about to change. I am a certified personal trainer with emphasis on weight training, cardiovascular and nutrition.
