Namaste, my name is Lyndsi and I’m a certified yogi! At a young age, I always knew I was going to have a career where I’d be helping people but I wasn’t sure what that looked like, until I found yoga. Our society is stricken with stress, anxiety and depression and most people don’t know how to cope or find healthy ways of releasing this sort of emotional turmoil. I myself have suffered from all of these things but through yoga and it’s ancient practices, I have found that equanimity within myself. This allows me to use my personal experiences to help others overcome their emotional distress. I use a blend of breathing techniques, physical practices, psychological insight and yoga philosophy to help the person bring balance to their mind, body and spirit.”

I have my 200 hour Integrative Yoga Therapy certification and I am registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach a variety of classes such as vinyasa flow, yin, therapeutic yoga, corporate yoga, chair yoga and restorative. Join my virtual class and ignite your passion to find that balance within!
