My name is Diana Gomez. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a bachelor’s degree in Biology & Nutrition. Helping others reach their health goals has been a passion of mine ever since I was young. There is nothing more self-fulfilling than watching my clients transform their lives for the better. I’m here to serve others by helping all my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

My style of training is based on bodybuilding, you’ll lift weights to gain the desired shape you want and a cardio regimen to help you reveal all your hard work. My nutrition philosophy is simple: no restrictions, no strict meal plans, no starvation. I use a structured flexible dieting approach that allows you to consume whatever food you like, but staying within a certain “budget” of macronutrients that are uniquely set for you and your goals. I help you create habits that you will carry on for the rest of your life.
