Fitness has been a passion of mine all my life! One thing that is for sure, is that the body is meant to be in motion and never stagnant. My name is David Okuma and welcome to programs! I have been training people for over 12 years and know exactly what it takes to get your strength results! I am a certified personal trainer with my certifications being with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist  and the National Council on Strength and Fitness. My main focus of expertise lie in heavy weight training, interval based cardio, plyometrics and core strength exercises 

My major love of muscle, anatomy and helping people improve their performance were the main reasons I became a trainer. Enhancing and developing my physique and helping others to do the same is what drives me. I believe having a strong, balanced and conditioned body helps people in every aspect of life!
